The voucher can be redeemed when booking a room directly at the hotel's website or for services used in our wellness department, up to 12 months from the date of issue. We look forward to your application at 06 84/696-020 or at the e-mail address info@hotel-yacht.hu.
The voucher is strictly non-refundable for cash or other goods and services, can not be resold and not valid in details.
When booking, please provide the voucher number after selecting the room type and rate, with which the voucher will be redeemed. Please hand over the gift voucher upon arrival.
At the end of the voucher redemption period, unused vouchers are considered to be fulfilled.
